For large and/or complex projects, Bobrick’s International team can secure strong, basis-of-design specifications and ensure seamless fulfillment through appropriate partners. Bobrick International has supplied thousands of projects throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia, the Pacific Islands, the Caribbean and Latin America.

Leveraging our global representatives’ expertise, our Global Specifications Program empowers our locally based architectural representatives to assist architects from specifying a global project through job-site support, international shipping, customs clearance and final installation.

How it Works

Step 1: Conceptualize a Project

Begin conceptualizing a large or complex project outside North America and specify Bobrick brands. Typical building types include:

• Airports
• Museums
• Five-Star Hotels
• Shopping Malls
• Convention Centers
• Universities
• Office Buildings
• Hospitals

Step 2: Register Your Project

Contact Bobrick’s Global Specifications Program to register your project by emailing globalspecs@bobrick.com or calling +1 818.764.1000. You will have the opportunity to provide key project details.

Step 3: Engage Global Specs Program in Product Selection

Bobrick’s global representatives will partner with your U.S-based local architectural representative to assist in writing and advising on appropriate specifications to meet the values you desire for your project and satisfy critical regional requirements, such as:

• Product compliance and certifications
• Consumable availability
• Local design standards and preferences

Step 4: Complete Project with Local Representation

After the initial specification is complete, Bobrick International will ensure that you benefit from local representation in your time zone through project completion. During a Global Specifications Program project, your U.S.-based local architectural representative may enlist expertise from global representatives to assist in:

• Identification of global job site representatives
• Enforcing and finalizing your specification
• Coordinating purchase and delivery from local distribution partners
• Obtaining necessary documentation
• Arranging qualified installers
• Providing aftermarket support
