Diversity & Inclusion
At Bobrick, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our corporate culture as a key driver of our success. We take pride in our talented and diverse team of people that bring their best every day. A diverse workforce means we’re able to tap into a wide range of viewpoints and backgrounds when making business decisions, foster perspectives that challenge traditional methods and promote innovative solutions.
At Bobrick, giving back to the community is integral to our identity as a company. We remain loyal to our local communities by reaching out through partnerships, volunteerism and community outreach sponsorships. For more information, use the link below.
Employee Resource Groups
Bobrick has encouraged and supports Employee Resource Groups, or ERGs. ERGs are initiated by the workforce and foster a sense of belonging, inspire conversation, bringing new ways to look at issues and drive innovation. ERGs are not only about race or a culture, they can also be a platform for employees to get together to share common experiences, share best practices, discuss ways for community involvement and lend themselves to personal development.
