Mark Louchheim has dedicated more than 45 years to Bobrick, advancing through a wide range of leadership roles including Project Manager, Human Resources Manager, Director of Marketing, Vice President of Operations, Executive Vice President, and President before being named Chairman & CEO.
Under his leadership, Bobrick has made significant long-term investments in its people and operations. Mark has championed the creation of structured leadership development initiatives, including the company’s Management Development Program, and module program for hourly employees; and has overseen multiple long-range strategic planning efforts. He has also guided major capital investments in manufacturing technology and new facilities in Los Angeles (CA), Jackson (TN), and Clifton Park (NY), as well as strategic acquisitions such as Koala Kare Products (2005) and Gamco (2006).
Beyond Bobrick, Mark is an active leader in the community. He currently serves as a board member and former Chair of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, as board member and Chair of the Finance Committee of The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts and as a board member of the City of Los Angeles Workforce Development Board. His prior board service includes Chair of the United Way of Greater Los Angeles, and a number of other non-profits and professional associations.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Before joining Bobrick, Alex held multiple leadership roles at Mattel, Inc. over 10+ years, including serving as CFO and Head of Commercial Sales at American Girl, and leading global brand and commercial strategic planning for Mattel. Earlier in his career, Alex was a management consultant at Bain & Company, where he advised clients on strategy and performance improvement.

He began his career with the City of Chicago, setting up an international business department to help Chicago SMEs go global and managing Chicago’s international sister cities program. He went on to open an Asian sales office in Hong Kong for CP Clare Corporation, consult on a China market entry strategy for Quaker Foods, and lead global sales for Zolatone specialty paints and coatings.
Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Literature and Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and completed Chinese language programs at Middlebury Language Institute and Shaanxi Normal University in China. He has also completed executive education programs at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and Caltech’s Industrial Relations Center.

With nearly two decades of industry experience including four summers in Bobrick’s summer hire program, Elaine has advanced through the Management Development Program into leadership roles spanning customer service, marketing, manufacturing, project management, and employee relations. She has led initiatives that streamlined operations, expanded international markets, managed major facility transitions, and improved quality performance in toilet partition manufacturing.
Elaine holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with minors in Psychology and Sociology from the University of California, Riverside, and a Master of Business Administration degree from California State University, Northridge.
