Engineered to Meet ADA Standards
Many Bobrick restroom accessories are engineered to comply with the accessibility requirements outlined in the most recent version of the ADA Standards for Accessible Design. Browse our products and look for the symbol, which identifies restroom accessories that meet one or more ADA criteria.
Bobrick is proud to offer:
- Recessed and low-profile accessories that satisfy 4″ or less wall protrusion requirement
- Push-button and automatic accessories operable with no tight grasping, pinching or twisting of the wrist, and with less than five pounds (22.2 N) of force
- Grab bars that can support loads in excess of 900 pounds (408kg) if properly installed
Mounting Heights, Reach Ranges & Other Installation Requirements
To ensure ADA compliance, Bobrick products must be installed properly in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable ADA requirements.
